Health Alliance Plan (HAP) offers HMO, HMO-POS, and PPO plans with Medicare contracts. HAP Medicare Complete Duals (HMO D-SNP) has a contract with Medicare and the Michigan Medicaid Program. Enrollment depends on contract renewals.
